15 Food That Kills Belly Fats and Is Easy To Find in Supermarkets



Losing belly fats is no easy task and the amount of belly fat stored in our body is affected by the type of food we consume. Here are some food that would help reduce body fats stored in the body so read on and incorporate some of these healthy goodies into your diet :)

1.       Avocados
Avocados contain fibre that helps to keep our stomach full and monosaturated fats.

2.       Nut Butter
Nut butter made from peanuts, pistachios, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds are good for fighting belly fats. Seeds and nuts keep our belly full and allow us to stay fuller for longer periods of time. They are also packed full of healthy fats and minerals. However, overeating nuts can cause fats to be stored in the body.

3.       Healthy Oils
Healthy oil like sunflower seed oil, coconut oil and olive oil help to supply healthy oi to our body to burn stubborn body fats. 

4.       Vegetables
Vegetables are generally good for health but these vegetables: broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale, cabbage and cauliflower, contain phytonutrients such as indole-3-carbinol (I3C), which helps to fight body fats.

5.       Eggs
Eggs are high in nutrition and are loaded with belly fat burning proteins, vitamin B,A, D, E and K, folate, choline, lutein, calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc and omega-3 fatty acids. Eggs also keep you fuller for a longer time.  

6.       Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants and can besides making us happy, it also stimulates a positive fat burning effect.

7.       Oatmeal/ Rolled Oats
Oatmeal is packed with fibre and whole grain. Oatmeal also gets digested slower, making us feel fuller for longer periods of time.

8.       Green Tea
Green tea contains a lot of antioxidants and it also helps to increase fat burning by boosting our metabolic rate.

9.       Beans
Beans contain fibre which helps to cleanse the system. Some beans which are high in fibre include black beans, lima beans and navy beans.

10.   Cinnamon
Cinnamon contains a type of antioxidant that helps to increase insulin sensitivity and helps to stabilize blood glucose level. This would result in less belly fats being stored.
  
11.   Berries
Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries contain a lot of fibre which slows down sugar absorption and are packed full of vitamins that help to fight cravings. Some cravings come from vitamin deficiencies so stock up on berries!

12.   Chili Peppers
Capsaicin, an active ingredient in chili and peppers, help to increase calorie burnt and stabilize blood sugar levels. It is also a really good antioxidant.

13.   Yogurt
Try eating Greek yogurt which is loaded with probiotics that fights belly fats.

14.   Wild Salmon
Salmon contains high omega-3  fatty acid and is a good belly fat blasting food.

15.   Lean Meat
Turkey meat or any lean meat is a good protein and our body burns 30% of the calories we consume from proteins.
